​MEET THE PROJECT LEAD
Marcel Broumels has been the project lead of the 'Experience level agreement' project since 2007. After he received multiple awards he decided to continue working on experience- and innovation related topics in the services industry. Working on the supply as well as the demand side, he has gained a lot of experience on experience design within service provision. One of his latest projects received a new confirmation of his work for helping a Dutch multinational to receive the Winning Workplace award '13/'14. After that he used the Experience Level Agreement in his design to work together with supply chains to implement new ways to design for services.
